JAMES of CORTIS took the final first place in the “Best Position Match – Dancer” vote organized by the global fandom platform UPICK.

This vote, which took place from July 6 to 16, was set up to designate the best dancer within K-pop idol groups. Various candidates such as JUNGWON of ENHYPEN, WOOJIN of LNGSHOT, and ARNAUD of ALPHA DRIVE ONE participated, leading to a fierce competition for the ranking until the very last minute. JAMES rose to the top of the podium by showing a strong voting trend in the second half of the period.
As a reward for this first place, JAMES will benefit from advertising support on the giant display screen of the Atrium Square of Times Square in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul. The result of the vote, in which global fans directly participated, thus translates into an advertisement, giving it even more meaning.
Alongside the activity of JAMES, the rise of CORTIS is also remarkable. Their second mini-album “GREENGREEN” continued its upward trajectory by ranking 82nd on the US Billboard “Billboard 200” chart (dated July 18), a progression of 15 places compared to last week. This record of presence on the chart for 9 consecutive weeks constitutes, for a single record, the longest period of presence on the chart among K-pop boy groups that debuted in the last 5 years.
CORTIS will go to meet its fans by organizing its first solo tour “2026 CORTIS TOUR” at the Inspire Arena in Incheon, on the upcoming July 18 and 19.
