The member of the group I-DLE, SOYEON, releases her first solo studio album.
Her agency CUBE ENTERTAINMENT published on August 26 the introductory video for SOYEON‘s first studio album, “끝내주는 인생”, on the official social media of I-DLE.
The unveiled video traces in order the time elapsed, from her first birthday party to the current preparation for her first solo studio album, passing through her trainee years, her participation in Mnet’s show “Produce 101”, as well as the debut and production within I-DLE.
Regarding the album, SOYEON stated: “In reality, I think I’ve postponed it for quite a long time”, adding: “One thing I can say is that when I become a grandmother and look back on this album, I will tell myself: “Ah, it was really romantic.” Look forward to “끝내주는 인생”.”
“끝내주는 인생” is the first studio album and new solo album by SOYEON presented about 5 years and 2 months after her first solo mini-album “WINDY”, released in July 2021. It will be available on next September 7 at 6 p.m. KST on various online music sites.
Furthermore, SOYEON debuted within I-DLE in 2018 after going through Mnet’s shows “Produce 101” and “Unpretty Rapstar 3”. Since then, she has also conducted activities as a producer by writing and composing herself numerous hit tracks for I-DLE, and launched as a solo singer in 2021 with “WINDY”. Last May, she conducted activities with I-DLE‘s 8th mini-album, “WE ARE”.
