The singer NAM WOO HYUN returns with a studio album to celebrate the 10th anniversary of his solo debut.
NAM WOO HYUN will release his second studio album “2X8” on October 14 at 6 p.m. KST and will engage in studio album activities for the first time in about 3 years.
His agency BILLIONS officialized the comeback of NAM WOO HYUN by revealing the “coming soon” image of “2X8” via its official social networks on September 18. The revealed image contains the release date “2026.10.14 PM 6” as well as the phrase “NAM WOO HYUN 2nd ALBUM”.
The image structured around the album title “2X8” also attracts attention. A dark and dreamy atmosphere was added to a rough black-and-white texture, and the use of intense typography sparks curiosity regarding the music and concept that the new album will present.
This album holds an even more special significance for NAM WOO HYUN. This is because it is the 2nd studio album presented on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of his solo debut by the artist who has constantly pursued his musical activities for 10 years after taking his first steps as a solo singer in 2016.
“2X8” is his first studio album in about 3 years, following his first studio album “WHITREE” released in November 2023. It is a new work presented about 1 year and 3 months after his 5th mini-album “TREE RING” released in July of last year.
Containing in a single studio album the musical experience and growth accumulated through 10 years of solo activities, attention is focused on the musical change that NAM WOO HYUN will show through “2X8”.
