Group BOYFRIEND is disbanded.
It was yesterday at 9pm KST that Starship Entertainment has published on its SNS and those BOYFRIEND a video retracing moments with the group.
The reason for this publication is sad, since the agency announces that the group is disbanding.

Thank you for having loved and supported BOYFRIEND for 8 years since its inception.
Our company and the BOYFRIEND (Donghyun, Hyunsung, Jungmin, Youngmin, Kwangmin and Minwoo) had a serious discussion about their future activities and, after careful consideration, agreed to formally end their group activities after eight years May 17, 2019, with termination of their contract with us.
Thank you very much to the fans who have loved us for 8 years. Please support BOYFRIEND members in their future activities.
