AB6IX, Brand New Music Entertainment’s boysband, ignites the stage of Kyunghee University on October 7th to mark its comeback with their very first album “6IXENSE“.
Only a few months after their debut with the title “Breath“, YOUNGMIN, DONGHYUN, WOOJIN, WOONG and DAEHWI come back with the song “Blind for love“, from their album “6IXENSE”.
This first album contains a total of 11 songs, including the title song “Blind for love“, as well as the following titles: “Be there“, “Dandelion“, “Sunset“, “_ And me“, “Love Air“, “Pretty, Shadow“, “Deep inside“, “Dream” and “Nothing without you“. This comeback, wishing to be sexy, highlights each of the boys with a concept and a “signature” pose specific to each of them, appearing in the MV several times and having been attributed to them by their boss.
Just two hours after their comeback in front of the press, the group will come back on stage this time to meet their fans, the ABNEW, during a showcase prepared for the occasion, broadcast on V Live.
The group begins by introducing themselves, before performing the song “Be there“, which in some ways recalls their title “Hollywood” from their first mini album “B:COMPLETE“.
In order to give the boys time to prepare for the live performance, we discover with pleasure the MV of the main title “Blind for love”.
And so it is immediately after these 3 minutes that the 5 boys of AB6IX appear on stage, in different outfits, for the live performance of “Blind for love” which resonates in the room under the flashes of journalists.
In speaking of this comeback the boys who made their debut with the title “Breath“, which has been extremely well received by the public, also hope for “Blind for love“.

WOOJIN
WOOJIN has also participated in the development of the choreography, especially for its part, which has particularly blown DAEHWI. The latter, composer and lyricist of the group, has been thinking about this comeback in a disguised way of expressing the group’s love for his fans .
In this title, the key point of choreography is when they hide an eye with the back of the hand, thus expressing the partial blindness caused by their feelings. WOOJIN asked himself a lot of questions about the image he would like to give to the audience and hesitated between white and green hair, which is why he finally decided to propose a mix of both with menthol green.
This album is also an opportunity for the group to create units between the “vocal line” and the “rap line”. They tell us that in the distant future, they will work on the development of a world tour, but that for the moment, no project is planned for the United States or Europe, the group prioritizing their activities in Korea, like showcases or fanmeetings.
Also addressing the topic of the collaborations they hoped to see happen one day, YOUNGMIN said he wanted to work with Drake, WOON with Paul Kim and DAEHWI with Anne-Marie.
DONGHYUN then confides that the group is concerned about the music rankings, now that their name has been mentioned in the billboard. Additional pressure has been added to their work, but they feel grateful for this spotlight made possible by ABNEW support.
DAEHWI then gives advice to anyone who has not yet started :
« Persevere, even if it can take time, if you have talent then, one day, a producer will spot you, so don’t give up your dream ».

To close this showcase, members choose to perform the ballad “Deep Inside” to transport us one last time. Far from the meticulously choreographed “Blind for love” choreography, the boys are simply standing on stage with their pickups, miming tears flowing from time to time on their cheeks .
This new album in its design is both simple and similar to the packaging proposed with their first mini-album; a gray and orange box with a board of stickers, a mini transparent bookmark, a photocard of a member and another with a message to scratch.
The word of our reporter: “Clip visual worked, choreography points and neat outfits, this is a first comeback greatly successful for AB6IX. The boys have all worked hard and I hope their work will be rewarded. Their billboard rankings may be an additional pressure for them, but they will probably push them to excel and continue to give the best of them. »
