The new single, released on all streaming platforms on this September 21, is a shoutout to his fans as he states even before the song starts:

The song comes with a music video in which JACKSON stands at the center, with personas being revealed one after the other around him. All of them evoke a part of his journey through a characteristic outfit as we recognize one with a fencing gear, one with an outfit resembling his time with GOT7, one with an outfit of MAGICMAN, and one being Henry Cheung, his long-time friend, but also co-founder and CEO of his fashion brand TEAM WANG design.
While we are used to his music videos with exceptional decor, colors and outfits, this one is simple, shot in black and white, and leaves the main focus to the multiple “thank you’s” and words he dedicates to his fans. On his social platforms, he wrote:
« I don’t need a middle person or a filter standing between me and my fans. Because from day one, it has always been about me and my fans. […] I wouldn’t be able to create any of this without the opportunities and blessings you guys have given me. »
Looking at the clear shots and the smooth transitions, it is hard to believe the music video was shot on the iPhone 18 Pro rather than a professional camera. With such a work piece, it isn’t surprising the brand commissioned him to demonstrate their new phone. It is also the second time the two parties collarborate as he also created « Let Loose » last year when Apple commissionned him for the new iPhone 17 Pro at the time.
The release of « Thank You » also marks a new page in JACKSON‘s career: on the same day, JAY Z’s artist label Roc Nation announced the arrival of the Chinese artist under his agency that previously signed names like Alicia Keys, Rihanna and A$AP ROCKY.
