An event in France, where Koreans dominate very regularly.

The “Battle Sixty one” which will take place in Argentan on January 19th will celebrate its 10th anniversary this year 2020.

An event created in France, in Normandie, ten years ago, to see the number of participants and the public develop and grow over the years.

With a style that appeared in the early 1970s in the American ghettos of the Bronx, the HIPHOP. It is a current which was born from a protest movement of black youth in New York. It is basically a means of expression which through different disciplines will depict the demands of these young people.

On a music with a “beat” more or less high, the participants perform a number of different figures and chained before an audience and a jury. The latter will determine after the passages of the dancers, which are those who will win the famous “battle”.

This year, January 2020, the city of Argentan will receive renowned great dancers, with world champion titles, such as Koreans, Japanese and many other nations.
