KWON MINA
Actress KWON MINA, who was at the center of controversy for revealing she had been bullied by a member during the activities of her girl group AOA, is leaving her agency.

The agency, Woori Actors, said on its official social media on September 26th: “We are announcing that the contract, between our actress KWON MINA and us, has been terminated.“
“We have decided to respect actress KWON MINA‘s desire for freer status to allow her greater rest,” the agency said.
“However, if the artist needs anything before finding a new agency and starting a business, we will help them unconditionally.“
“In no time we felt all the love KWON MINA was receiving from her fans. We sincerely thank you,” it added.
KWON MINA, who withdrew from the group AOA after about seven years of active work, posted a series of posts online claiming that she had been bullied by leader Jimin during her career with the group, in July, which led her to leave the group.
Jimin visited KWON MINA, apologized and posted an apology on social media, but the critics didn’t subside and Jimin eventually quit working in the entertainment industry with her departure from the group.
Last month, however, KWON MINA posted another photo with self-inflicted injuries, blaming his former agency FNC Entertainment and some of the other members.
Later, KWON MINA met Han Sung Ho, CEO of FNC Entertainment, and said, “I will reflect on myself and receive treatment so that this doesn’t happen again.”
