JACKSON WANG, nouvelle égérie de Shinsegae Duty Free
JACKSON WANG has been chosen as the new spokesperson for Shinsegae Duty Free.

On Monday March 22, Shinsegae Duty Free unveiled the face of its new spokesperson: JACKSON WANG.
In the brand’s announcement, the department store describes JACKSON as “sophisticated” and mentions his numerous long-standing collaborations with global luxury brands such as Armani Fragrance, Fendi or Cartier as a token of his popularity. A Shinsegae Duty Free representative also highlighted his ability to talk several languages as a synergy factor for this association: born in Hong Kong, he speaks Mandarin and Cantonese, and learnt to converse in English before debuting his career in South Korea where he quickly took in the Korean language.

However, this won’t be the first time for the young artist and self-made man since him and GOT7 were appointed as the brand’s models two years ago, for which they starred in multiple advertisement campaigns. So, this collaboration confirms once again JACKSON‘s global influence – Forbes mentionned him as one of the most influencial celebrities in Asia in 2020 and he continues to chart in Billboard’s World Itunes Digital Song ranking for each of his musical releases.
This event also testifies for the potential of his career. Within only 3 months of promotion in Korea following the departure of his group from their old agency, he has already released one single and three collaborations on top of appearing in many shows such as Wassup Man with Joon Park (g.o.d), or The Manager (alternatively known under the title of Omniscient Interferring View) and making the front cover of several magazines.
From now on, we can expect to see JACKSON‘s face represent the brand for their future marketing campaigns.
