Boy group “OMEGA X” signed a mega-contract with a Japanese company even before its debut, proving its aspect of “K-pop Avengers”.

OMEGA X‘s agency Spire Entertainment said on March 24th, “We have signed a management contract with SKIYAKI, Japan’s largest media support platform listing company.”
Skiyaki has implemented a system that connects fans and performers, such as the fan club system, e-commerce, and ticket sales system, and currently operates over 570 fan club sites. With over 3.8 million subscribers, many K-POP artists also work in Japan in partnership with Skiyaki.
In particular, OMEGA X is still considered an unusual achievement as it is not a simple agency contract but a management contract in Japan, although it has not yet disclosed the name of the members of the group, before its debut. OMEGA X plans to play actively not only in Korea but also in Japan after its debut.
“Although OMEGA X has yet to make its official debut, expectations are already mounting for its business in Japan by signing a huge contract with a Japanese conglomerate,” said a Spire Entertainment official. “Members are preparing to start even harder to repay such support. Please watch our Japanese activities after our debut.“
OMEGA X is a combination of the word “Omega”, which represents the last letter of the Greek alphabet, meaning “the end” and “the last”, and an “X” representing the unknown, all combined meaning the last king of K-pop.
OMEGA X, an 11-member boy group, announced the reveal of all of their members on March 26th, raising the expectations of K-pop fans to the max.
