On KBS Cool FM’s “JUNG EUNJI’s Kpop Plaza” radio show, which aired on May 18th, JUNG EUNJI spoke about being able to acquire talent, not having special talent from the start.
Regarding this topic, JUNG EUNJI said, “A lot of people say that I was born with my voice. Of course there are natural genes, but the high notes didn’t come out like that from the start.”
JUNG EUNJI said, “Fans say,” JUNG EUNJI has been doing high notes well from the start. I think Cherry Filter’s “Romantic cat” was the student’s favorite song. The song didn’t sound good enough. I was sad because the high notes were hard to reach and make. I practiced a lot. I wanted to master them properly, so I practiced the song thoroughly. At one point, I learned of other songs that I could practice, ”she added.
JUNG EUNJI also said, “I use standard language. I feel uncomfortable when I say this, but I grew up in a rural area and started working in Seoul, so this standard language is truly the result of my efforts.“
The girl group APINK, to which JUNG EUNJI belongs, is a representative girl group of Kpop who have been loved for many songs which have been very successful such as “Mr.Chu“, “Nonono“, “I’m so sick“, and “Dumhdurum“, which marks its 10th anniversary this year.
