KINGDOM, the “Fantasy Idols“, have successfully completed their promotional activities for their second mini album and have promised a quick return to “Kingmaker (name of fandom)”.

According to GF Entertainment on July 28th, KINGDOM (Mujin, Louis, Dann, Chiu, Arthur, Ivan, Jahan) who released its second mini-album “History of Kingdom: Part 2” on July 1st, after successfully completing activities CHIWOO’s “Karma“, will start preparing their next album.
Starting with Mnet’s “M Countdown” the day it was released, KBS2’s “Music Bank” and “Show Music core!” from MBC, KINGDOM’s members have appeared on various music shows. They made their name clear on the K-pop scene with their big four-week performance until Arirang TV’s “Simply kpop” on July 23rd.
As described as “Fantasy Idols”, KINGDOM garnered admiration with its unique performance, as if you were watching a movie, and its incredible stage presence as rookies. In particular, a huge concept, like the group’s name, “Seven Kings from Seven Kingdoms”, also draws attention, to the fact that the group has already formed a solid fan base.
As a result, KINGDOM started to stand out in various world rankings. The title track “Karma” ranked eighth on the US Billboard’s “World Digital Song Sales Chart”. Plus, it was surprising that KINGDOM was the only male idol group to debut in 2021.
KINGDOM has also topped the iTunes charts in the United States and Mexico, as well as iTunes and Apple Music in 25 countries, including South Korea, France, the United Kingdom and Japan. As a group of rookies, he became the “greatest forerunner of fourth-generation idols” in name and substance, showing an unusually rapid increase in popularity in North America.
The interest of the main foreign media continued. While the American business magazine Forbes covers KINGDOM, interviews with various foreign media, including the Rolling Stone India and the Hong Kong South China Morning Post (SCMP) were enough to prove the group’s global buzz.
KINGDOM said: “We have worked hard on our first comeback, but it’s already over. Thank you very much, we love you ‘Kingmaker’, thank you for being with us last month. We will be back soon for no not wait too long.“
KINGDOM will continue to communicate with fans through four online fan sign events, various shows such as STATV and “Idol League” and online content from July 31st to August 8th to quell the disappointment of the end of activities.
