S2 ENTERTAINMENT‘s girl group HOT ISSUE makes its comeback with a debut single; “ICONS”.
Composed of members NAHYUN, MAYNA, HYEONGSHIN, DANA, YEWON, YEBIN and DAIN, the group returns on stage only five months since their last activities with the mini-album “ISSUE MAKER“. During this break, the young girls didn’t remain inactive since they prepared hard for this very first comeback. To prove it, the music video for “Icons” is released, followed by the explosive performance. The singers radiate, and their charisma is undeniable, as well as their bond which has strengthened since their debut according to YEWON. With this comeback, the members hope to gradually become Kpop “icons”, so that one day they can be chosen as a model by another group. For that, they chose a “cool” concept, that of girl crush, for this single. To show their progress, they sing the a capella chorus of “Icons”, while dancing on it to highlight the key passage of the choreography.

To reveal more sides of themselves, they hope to have the opportunity to appear on the Knowing Brothers show, or to participate in festivals by doing covers of well-known groups. Their goal is to get the top spot on a music show at the moment, which is why they have prepared a lot of content to show their abilities, exploring different genres as well. For DANA, she wants to appear on cooking shows, YEBIN to try her hand at hip-hop, and HYEONGSHIN just hopes that no one gets hurt in the future and that everyone is healthy.
