As a result, in the first trial held in November 2019, Jung Jun Young was sentenced to 6 years in prison, CHOI JONG HOON was sentenced to 5 years in prison, the other accused between 8 months and 5 years in prison.

In the second trial, the sentences of Jung Joon Young and CHOI YONG HOON were reduced to 5 years in prison and 2 years and 6 months in prison, respectively. Mr. Kim was sentenced to four years, and the terms of Mr. Kwon and Mr. Heo were the same as those in the first trial. In addition to the jail term, the court also ordered Jung Joon Young and CHOI YONG HOON to each complete an 80-hour sexual violence treatment program and limit employment in child and youth institutions for five years.

Jung Joon Young, who was sentenced to five years in prison on the same charges as CHOI JONG HOON, is expected to be released in October 2025.
