Singer BAMBAM is back with a story that fully captures his universe.
BAMBAM said during an online showcase to commemorate the release of his second mini album “B” on the afternoon of January 18,
“In this album, I tried to express my own world, my own story and my own color.”
BAMBAM, who made a comeback after more than seven months since his debut solo album “RIBBON” last year, tells another story through this album. The album contains a total of six songs, including the title track “Slow mo“, “Who are you“, “Subliminal”, and “Let me love you“. In “Who are you“, which features the presence of Seulgi of the group Red Velvet, received a good response before the release of the album, the title song “Slo mo” depicts a “You in Me” while acknowledging the existence of another “I” and finding your own dreams and colors.
BAMBAM said:
“If “Who are you” was about knowing and being curious about another ego and asking “Who is it?”, then “Slo mo” is a story about recognizing another being and creating our own world.”
GOT7’s BAMBAM is a Thai star who is dominating K-pop with 2pm’s Nichkhun and Blackpink’s Lisa. He said: “At the beginning of my debut, I was afraid to do well, but Nichkhun showed me a good way. It is not important that I am from Thailand, but I hope that people who do and listen to good music will find good energy.“
BAMBAM said, “It’s important that the music becomes the focus and that many people continue to make it,” adding, “I’m grateful and honored that not only Korean fans but also foreign fans recognized and thought that I was doing. good work as a K-pop artist.”
The members of GOT7, who have been active as K-pop groups under JYP Entertainment, are currently scattered across different agencies, but they have also talked about reuniting.
“Two days ago was the 8th anniversary of GOT7’s debut, we got together and I talked with some of the members. There were songs I wrote with GOT7 in mind, so I shared and talked a lot.”
