ATEEZ : A mature and rebel aura for Vogue Korea
The photoshoots have been finally revealed, showing a brand new side of the group ATEEZ.
It is today, Monday March 22th, that ATEEZ‘s agency, KQ Entertainment, have revealed the photoshoots for the magazine Vogue Korea, for its April 2022 issue.
The published photoshoots put the group ATEEZ in the spotlight, especially its mature side. These group photoshoots, that have been revealed as photo teasers on Vogue Korea‘s Twitter, on March 14th, had already sparked the enthusiasm of ATINYs (name of the fandom) on social networks.
The members, in the two group photoshoots, are staring at the camera with piercing eyes. They wear sophisticated black suits from fashion houses : YUNHO wears a Dior tuxedo, SEONGHWA wears a Givenchy suit, SAN wears a Alexander McQueen zipped suit, YEOSANG wears a Yves Saint Laurent suit, HONGJOONG wears a Kimseoryoung satin suit, JONGHO wears a Golden Goose suit, WOOYOUNG wears a Dior suit, MINGI wears a Kimseoryong suit.
ATEEZ delivers not only a mature image but also a rebel image, which is its concept here. Indeed, ATEEZ, who played a role of rebellious children who ruled an era, especially with the album ZERO: FEVER Part. 1 in the title song « THANXX », showed new charms that have not been seen before.
This aura of rebels is felt especially in the individual photoshoots and in the ‘unit’ photoshoots. The looks of the members for the individual photos are, by the way, inspired by movies:
HONGJOONG for The Place Beyond the Pines, SEONGHWA for Bullitt, YUNHO for Romeo + Juliet, YEOSANG for Rebel Without a Cause, SAN for Fight Club, MINGI for Top Gun, WOOYOUNG for Grease, JONGHO for My Own Private Idaho.
They embody masculinity and have charmed and aroused the admiration of the team of stylists and photographers with their facial expressions and their various poses.
The photoshoots are accompanied by an interview with the group. ATEEZ has wrapped up their America tour and are ready to perform on stage for their European tour, the members are giving their everything to impress their fans. They said, referring to their first encounter with fans on stage two years ago :
« We were out of breath after performing a song. And the very moment the spotlights went out, we were happy. We thought fans would like to see the energy of our stage.»
The group members of ATEEZ have been awarded the name “The Kings of Performance”. They reveal their secret to us:
« We go on stage as if it were the last day. We also study acting to deliver concept songs. »
ATEEZ‘s success continues to climb, and the journey is far from finished.
