OMEGA X: Laughs throughout the show

Idol group OMEGA X has dropped a laugh bombshell on K-POP fans.

OMEGA X (Jaehan, Hwichan, Sebin, Hangyeom, Taedong, Xen, Jehyun, Kevin, Jeonghoon, Hyuk, Yechan) appeared on MBC’s “Weekly Idol,” which aired at 7:30 p.m. KST on August 17.

In the “summer vacation special” show, OMEGA X seemed to win the hearts of fans around the world with their own refreshing and cool charm during this episode. Contrary to the aspirational greeting, “I’m here to take over Weekly Idol,” the shyness brought laughs.

OMEGA X raised expectations by announcing its performance with passion, saying, “We took first place in our first appearance, so we’ll take this one again a second time.”

With the special vocal mime show, OMEGA X participated without any shame, TAEDONG showed his personal talent as a gorilla, passed with a vivid description, and KEVIN won first place with Joo Hyun Young’s vocal mime.

In addition, YECHAN and KEVIN actively participated in the couple limbo, and unlike the fruitful preparation process, the scene of going under the bar made them nervous and impressed with this teamwork. HYUK then participated in the walrus imitation, and TAEDONG and YECHAN filled the studio with laughter with nicknames such as “Bada Hyuk mutual” and “Animal X” as dinosaur imitations.

OMEGA X performed a cover of Seventeen’s “Hot”, and its sharp group dance and powerful appearance warmed the atmosphere and caught the attention of fans at home and abroad, showing spirited presence.

OMEGA X takes a leap forward to meet global fans beyond Korea. They will start their world tour in earnest with the “2022 CONNECT: Don’t give up” tour and actively communicate with fans by strengthening their position as “world idols”.
