The “reliable listener” JOOHONEY of MONSTA X concluded his activity on the web show “심청이” with a warm donation, ahead of his comeback.
Recently, JOOHONEY completed his participation in the exclusive web show “착한 심부름센터-심청이” (hereafter “심청이”), broadcast on the YouTube channel 낙타전용도로.” “심청이” is short for “running requests, it’s here”; over 12 episodes, JOOHONEY carried out requests received through various stories, solving neighbors’ concerns and spreading joy and human warmth.
In the final episode of “심청이,” JOOHONEY stated: “My second solo album will be released after 2 years and 8 months,” introducing his new work “光 (INSANITY),” scheduled for release on the 5th. He added: “심청이 is already at its 12th episode. We will probably need to fill a certain number of rice bags to conclude,” bringing the 293 rice bags collected so far to 300 to complete the final mission.
Approaching Christmas, JOOHONEY participated in a volunteer activity preparing “food baskets” for neighbors from vulnerable backgrounds. He personally packed 30 sets of food baskets for grandparent-led families, elderly people living alone, and youth preparing for independence, putting all his care into them. He also interviewed other volunteers about their motivations and rewarding moments from volunteering, reigniting the sense of commitment.
In this context, a student expressed support, saying she had listened carefully to the pre-release track from JOOHONEY’s new album, “Push (Feat.
