The group FROMIS_9 fascinated Japanese fans with its performance at “KCON”.

FROMIS_9 (Lee Sae Rom, Song Ha Young, Park Ji Won, Roh Ji Sun, Lee Seo Yeon, Lee Chae Young, Lee Na Gyung, and Baek Ji Heon) successfully completed its participation in the “KCON 2022 Japan” stage which s is held at Ariake Arena in Tokyo on October 15. This is the first time in three years that FROMIS_9 has appeared at “KCON” since “KCON 2019 LA,” and the news of its appearance alone caught the attention of K-pop fans.
That day, FROMIS_9 welcomed the Japanese public to the “KCON 2022 Relay Performance Challenge” for the first time by offering a cover stage for Twice’s “Alcohol-Free“. FROMIS_9 exuded refreshing energy as the “Summer queen” that colored this summer. The girls took to the stage in orange costumes, touting the splendor of a “powerful visual group”, and added a pitch-perfect performance, making it impossible to take your eyes off them.
FROMIS_9 opened its performances with the song “Rewind” from its 5th mini album on the main stage. The mature and urban concept of the performance of “Rewind” showed a different twist than FROMIS_9 so far. Members said:

Despite their official debut in Japan, FROMIS_9 enjoys great local popularity, with its second single “9 WAY TICKET“, fourth mini-album “MIDNIGHT GUEST” and fifth mini-album “FROM OUR MEMENTO BOX” topping the charts.
