On October 16, ATEEZ drew the attention by opening and closing the « KCON 2022 JAPAN ».
ATEEZ, who performed on stage that day at Ariake Arena in Tokyo, Japan, opened the convention with their summer song « WAVE », from their album « TREASURE EP.3 : One To All », whose performance is refreshing. The group then followed up with the title track « GUERRILLA » from the album « THE WORLD EP.1 : MOVEMENT », which was released in July this year and ranked at number three on the BILLBOARD 200 chart.
Additionally, ATEEZ also performed their Japanese original song « BETTER », the soundtrack song « DREAMERS » from the popular anime series « Digimon Adventure ». Members HONGJOONG, SEONGHWA, YUNHO, YEOSANG, SAN, MINGI, WOOYOUNG, JONGHO, close to their fans, communicated with local ATINYs (fandom name) in Japanese. The group then showed their cool side with the performance of « THE REAL (멋) (흥 : 興 Heung Version) » which heated the arena and showed their potential as the best performer in Japan, after KCON 2022 LA and the KCON 2022 Saudi Arabia.
ATEEZ lead vocalist JONGHO sang on stage alongside JO YURI the OST « Here I Am Again » from the TV series « Crash Landing on You (사랑의 불시착) ». This song was by the way covered by JONGHO in his first personal content video « 쭁ST (JjongST) », which was posted on the official ATEEZ YouTube channel.
Meanwhile, ATEEZ will meet their fans around the world with 15 concerts in 10 regions across the 2022 « THE FELLOWSHIP : BREAK THE WALL » world tour.
