JINNI (18, Choi Yoon Jin), a member of seven-member girl group “NMIXX,” will be leaving the group and ending the exclusive contract with her agency JYP Entertainment.

JYP Entertainment said on December 9, “JINNI, who was a member of NMIXX, will be leaving the group for personal reasons and terminating his exclusive contract.”
As a result, NMIXX will continue its activities as a six-member group consisting of HAEWON, LILY, SULLYOON, BAE, JIWOO, and KYUJIN.
JYP Entertainment said, “We are sorry to upset many fans with this sudden news. We hope to encourage JINNI, who will take a new path, and we ask for the warm support of NSWER (fandom name) for the members who will walk to their dreams with more growth.“
NMIXX is one of the popular 4th generation girl groups who debuted with the single “AD MARE” in February this year. Along with the second single “ENTWURF”, released in September, the group recorded cumulative sales of 1 million albums with these two albums. He received “FAVORITE NEW ARTIST” at the 2022 Mama Awards held at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan on the 29th of last month.
