PARK WOO JIN: Solo debut

AB6IX’s PARK WOO JIN will debut as a solo artist on February 27.

Brandnew Music made a surprise release of PARK WOO JIN‘s debut album poster on its official SNS at midnight on February 13, announcing his first solo debut among AB6IX members. In the posted image, the album name “oWn”, which means “yourself”, is written intensely against a dark background, amplifying the curiosity of fans.

PARK WOO JIN, the lead dancer and rapper of AB6IX, has expanded his musical color by participating in AB6IX songs, including writing and composing the title track “Stay young“, the third repackage EP album “SALUTE: A NEW HOPE“, as well as the choreography. The focus is on how he will show off his newfound charm that he hasn’t exhibited within the group, through his first solo album.

AB6IX (Jeon Woong, Kim Dong Hyun, Park Woo Jin and Lee Dae Hwi), which debuted in 2019, is known as a “complete artist idol” group where the four members produce their own music and content. He also established his position as a global K-pop idol by releasing his second mini album “SAVIOR” in Japan last year and releasing his short film “AB6IX: TAKE A CHANCE.” In addition, he recently successfully completed the “AB_NEW AREA” fan meeting world tour in Japan, the United States, Thailand and Taiwan, receiving a lot of love from fans around the world.

PARK WOO JIN’s 1st EP “oWn” will be released on various online music sites at 6 p.m. KST on February 27.
