Additionally, the Japanese debut EP album “DREAM” was nominated in the Asian “Best 3 Album” and “Album of the year” categories.

As a result, SEVENTEEN won its first trophy in the “Album of the year” category at the Japan Gold Disc Awards and won the Asian “Best 3 Album” category for the third year in a row. They won awards for their second Japanese mini album “24H” in 2021 and their ninth mini album “ATTACCA” in 2022 in the Asian “Best 3 Album” category.

SEVENTEEN said, “We won this award thanks to the CARATs (fandom name) who always support us and everyone who loves our music very much. We sincerely thank you and we will try to play good music in 2023, so wait it impatiently“.

SEVENTEEN recently received “Million” certification from the Japan Record Association with its cumulative shipments of over one million copies as of January 2023, and its special unit BOO SEOK SOON enjoys unparalleled popularity in Japan, topping the Billboard Japan’s full song chart, Hot 100 with its title track “Fighting feat Lee Young Ji.”

SEVENTEEN will hold “SEVENTEEN 2023 JAPAN FANMEETING ‘LOVE’” at Kyocera Dome Osaka on May 17-18 and Tokyo Dome on May 27-28. This is the first time SEVENTEEN will hold a fan meeting at Dome Stadium in Japan, and local fans are more interested than ever.
