Group APINK will continue its group activities even after the termination of the contract with IST Entertainment.
IST Entertainment officially stated on April 28, “After extensive discussions with members before APINK’s exclusive contract expired, PARK CHORONG, YOON BOMI, KIM NAMJOO and OH HAYOUNG have ended their beautiful journey of 12 years with the company at the end of April.”
The agency then said, “JUNG EUNJI has renewed her contract, continuing her relationship with the agency.”
Group activities will continue. IST Entertainment said, “We promised to maintain group activities without disbanding, because all APINK members have a strong will and affection for group activities, no matter whether the contract is signed or not. We will cooperate with each other. after consultation on APINK’s future activities and will work together to help them protect the team.“
APINK has been loved by many hit songs such as “Mr. Chu” and “NoNoNo” since its debut in 2011.
