BAE173 member NAM DO HYON filed an injunction against his agency Pocketdol Studio.
An official from NAM DO HYON‘s agency Pocketdol Studio told the media on April 28 that “there is a legal dispute with NAM DO HYON.“
According to another outlet earlier today, NAM DO HYON recently filed an injunction against POCKETDOL STUDIO, for the suspension of his exclusive contract. He applied for an injunction due to differing opinions on the performance of the exclusive contract obligation and completed his first interrogation on April 28. The decision to cite or reject should be decided in late May or early June.
NAM DO HYON ranked eighth in Mnet’s audition show “Produce X101”, which aired in 2019. Since then, he started his activities as a member of duo H&D and then a member of boy group BAE173 in November 2020 , but ceased operations in October last year due to poor conditions caused by the aftermath of COVID-19.
