SEVENTEEN: Three wins for “Super”
Group SEVENTEEN (S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, Dokyeom, Seungkwan, Vernon, Dino) has won three “gold medals” in music shows.
SEVENTEEN topped KBS 2TV’s “Music Bank,” which aired on May 5, with “Super,” one of the double-title songs from their 10th mini album “FML.” SEVENTEEN said, “Thank you very much, CARATs (fans of the group). We hope some positive and energetic energy will be passed on to many people around the world through this FML,” it said.
SEVENTEEN, who won all three titles on music shows from “Show! Champion” to “M Countdown” and “Music Bank,” became the only artist in the world to sell more than 3 million copies on the first day of the release of “FML.”
Meanwhile, “Super,” one of the double-title songs from the 10th mini album, topped the realtime charts of Melon and Bugs, major national music sites, and positioned itself at the top in a total of 36 countries/regions on iTunes “Top Song” charts, such as Singapore, Philippines, Brazil and India.
The music video for “Super”, which has an impressive “Mega Crew Performance“, topped YouTube’s global trending chart and topped the popular video chart in a total of 10 countries/regions, including Korea, Japan and Singapore.
