MAMAMOO+ subunit will join the summer comeback competition.
On July 7, its agency RBW said, “MAMAMOO+ (Solar, Moonbyul) will be making a comeback with a new album in August. After the previous work “ACT 1, SCENE 1“, the members actively participated in the planning and production of the album and show the broad spectrum of MAMAMOO+.”
Suddenly, MAMAMOO+ will be making a comeback after about five months, following its debut single “ACT 1 and SCENE 1” released in March. As the sub-unit name of MAMAMOO, which aims to achieve various activities without limiting music and concepts, it is expected that MAMAMOO+ will be able to respond to its unique storytelling and luminous energy.
MAMAMOO+ demonstrated its wide range of concept assimilation by showing a variety of “polar and bipolar” charms through “ACT 1 and SCENE 1“. In particular, the title track “GGBB” landed at the top of the iTunes Top Songs chart and the iTunes World Songs Chart, showing the global influence of MAMAMOO+.
