DSP Media‘s rookie group, YOUNG POSSE will make its return in the new year.
YOUNG POSSE (Sunhye · Jiana · Yeonjung · Jieun · Doeun) will release its digital single “YOUNG POSSE UP” on various music sites at 6 p.m. KST on February 4. The song is a remixed version of the track “Posse up!” from YOUNG POSSE‘s first album, “MACARONI CHEESE“.
“POSSE UP!” contains a word identical to the slogan of YOUNG POSSE, and finally, the group melted the determination to stand in front of the world as a team at the fast pace of 135BPM without any additions or subtractions. As the group YOUNG POSSE identity has been clearly imbued with intense packaging, sound and lyrics that cannot be easily heard by new girl groups, attention is also paid to the remixed version of the new songs.
YOUNG POSSE uploaded a spoiler video on their official SNS on January 22 at noon KST with the news of the single’s release. In the video, an arcade machine appeared with the title of a new song and a mysterious featured artist is marked with a question mark, sparking curiosity.
YOUNG POSSE made its debut in the music industry in October last year with the release of its debut EP album, “MACARONI CHEESE”. “MACARONI CHEESE” is an album containing YOUNG POSSE‘s charm like a tree frog who eats what she wants and does what she wants, and made its name known to K-POP fans at home and abroad with its new planning skills using mac and cheese. Amidst much interest, YOUNG POSSE was invited to New Zealand’s biggest K-POP festival, “KWAVE AUCKLAND 2023“, to prove its endless possibilities.
