The best production teams from Korea and Japan have come together!

The winning group will have the chance to debut in Japan. Unlike previous audition programs, “RE:BORN” will focus on the story behind it, as well as the K-pop scene.
The general manager of RE:BORN is Jang Hyuk Jin, who was an executive producer of the survival program “Produce 101 Japan” broadcast in Japan in 2021 and produced the global boy group “INI”, born in the same program, and will act in as supervisor. In this work, top collaborators from Korea and Japan gathered around the rap battle series “Show Me the Money“, producer and hitmaker Hong In Taek of “Unpretty Rapstar“, which became a pioneering program for female rappers to climb the ranks, and the creative team of “R U Next?” who produced “Illinit” will also be announced later. Various MCs and mentors who encourage and support K-pop boy groups to engage in life-threatening battles in “RE:BORN” will also be announced later.
The Iron Company, a Korean production partner, said:
“Idols from big agencies receive full support and enjoy various promotional opportunities, but idols from small and medium agencies work in a harsh environment by working part-time to earn a living. In the reality of K-pop, the new reality TV program “RE:BORN” will give them the opportunity to take the stage and seriously compete with their Japanese debut.”
Unlike previous K-pop survival shows, “RE:BORN” will show the true charm of K-pop by sincerely capturing the process of human drama and hard work behind the scene.” He said, “We request your eagerness and interest for the first broadcast of “RE:BORN”, which will deeply impress the audience as well as K-pop fans.”
