BTS - SUGA
As SUGA makes headlines and the media highlights his drunk driving, a complaint has just been filed alleging that SUGA may not have properly performed his military service in the aftermath of the incident.

As a reminder, SUGA was sanctioned (drive withdrawn) by the Seoul police, for driving an electric vehicle, of a category higher than that of an electric scooter. As a result, this leads to a police investigation, and an act that is criminalized. This investigation will have to determine, based on the elements, the sentence that SUGA faces (ranging from a simple fine to prison). His blood alcohol level was 0.22%, but the limit in South Korea is 0.08%.
In addition to this, SUGA, who is currently doing his military service (in civilian life), is suspected by third parties of not having shown up the next day for his military service and of having benefited from special treatment in relation to his status as an idol and member of BTS. A complaint has been filed, thus opening a new investigation to determine whether SUGA has properly complied with his military service.
This complaint is added to the fact that Big Hit Music and SUGA’s statements were different from reality in order to minimize the incident.
On online fan communities and others, we see the support for SUGA appearing who are indeed asking that he be punished but that it remains at the level of the fact, and on the other hand speeches that ask for an example and that he be judged as an ordinary person would have been, even what we could call opportunistic, who ask for a severe sanction.
What is important is that justice does its job properly without having the influence of anyone. Different fans vs anti-fans are trying to either support or sink the artist SUGA. The investigation will determine the different points in order to determine what is really going on.
