BAEKHYUN, member of EXO and solo artist, is making waves with the release of a new music video from his latest album.
On June 2, his agency INB100 unveiled the music video for “Lemonade,” a track from BAEKHYUN’s fifth mini-album, “ESSENCE OF REVERIE,” through official social media channels.
The newly released video begins with a romantic and ordinary relationship between BAEKHYUN and a dream-like figure he encounters in the title track “Elevator.” Like a scene from a romantic comedy, the couple appears happy, but their relationship slowly starts to crack under the weight of reality, leading to a breakup. The story wraps up with an unexpected twist ending that took viewers by surprise.
“Lemonade” is a mid-tempo R&B track highlighted by a captivating string melody. The lyrics tenderly portray a heartfelt reunion with a first love — a universal dream. The song has been showcased in various formats, including music shows, YouTube content, and most notably at the 2025 Seoul Jazz Festival on May 30, where it was performed both in its original version and with a live band, garnering significant attention.
BAEKHYUN released his fifth mini-album “ESSENCE OF REVERIE” on May 19 and has been actively promoting it through a wide range of content. In addition to music show appearances, YouTube videos, and variety shows, he has been gradually releasing live performance clips for every track on the album, offering fans an immersive experience. With the release of the “Lemonade” MV, he once again proves his dedication to his fans and continues a meaningful promotional journey for this project.
In addition, BAEKHYUN is set to officially kick off his first solo world tour, “REVERIE,” with two concerts in Seoul on June 7 and 8 at the KSPO Dome.
