The group TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) reignited fans’ anticipation by unveiling a preview of the tracks from its new album
On July 2 at midnight (KST), TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) released the preview video for their fourth studio album, The Star Chapter: TOGETHER (별의 장: 투게더), on HYBE Labels’ official YouTube channel. The video features snippets of all eight tracks, accompanied by a sensory and mysterious visual experience.
This album marks the final page of the 별의 장 (The Star Chapter) series. It tells the story of young people who save the world, and themselves, through the simple yet powerful act of calling one another by name, something only possible when they truly understand each other. The introductory narration, “So now, I’ll call your name, too”, deepens the emotional immersion into this new release.
The most talked-about track is, unsurprisingly, the title song, Beautiful Strangers. A hip-hop track with a trap rhythm, it stands out through its contrast between a dreamy piano line and intense synth sounds. It tells the story of the “self” who grows stronger through the strength received from another, and the “us” that’s strange, yet all the more beautiful. Notably, a member of BigHit Music’s upcoming boy group—set to debut in Q3 this year—participated in the production.
별의 노래 (The Song of the Stars), previously revealed in the concept trailer, is a stadium rock-style track, perfect for singing and sharing with fans at concerts.
“Upside down kiss“ conveys the desire to kiss someone even in the face of a separation that may lead them in opposite directions.
For the first time since their debut, TXT includes solo tracks by each member in a group album.
SOOBIN delivers a sense of lightness and joy in “Sunday driver“, which captures the delight of spending meaningful moments together.
YEONJUN expresses a longing to be swept away by someone as elusive as a ghost in “Ghost girl“.
BEOMGYU, who took part in producing “Take my half“, delicately portrays the desire to find happiness through sharing.
TAEHYUN offers quiet comfort to those enduring sleepless, anxious nights with “Bird of night”, a track he co-wrote and composed.
Finally, HUENINGKAI showcases his unique charm in “Dance with you”, where he compares the wish to resemble someone else to a shared dance.
TXT’s fourth studio album, “The Star Chapter: TOGETHER (별의 장: 투게더)”, will be officially released on July 21 at 6 PM KST.
