H.O.T
First-generation idol group H.O.T is currently considering a full-group performance.

On July 22, a representative from the Hanteo Music Festival commented on the possibility:
“We are carefully discussing the participation with the members, and we will make an official announcement as soon as it’s confirmed.”
Earlier that day, media outlet Spotv News reported that H.O.T. is expected to reunite on stage as a full group for the first time in six years, at the upcoming Hanteo Music Festival scheduled for September. According to the article, H.O.T. is set to perform on September 6 and 7 at the Seoul World Cup Stadium during the festival.
H.O.T is composed of MOON HEE JOON, JANG WOO HYUK, TONY AHN, KANGTA, and LEE JAE WON. The group debuted in 1996 with “Descendants of warriors” and gained explosive popularity with hits like “Candy,” “Full of Happiness,” and “Wolf and sheep.” They disbanded in 2001.
In 2018, H.O.T. made headlines with a reunion through the “Totoga 3” project on the MBC TV variety show Infinite Challenge.
The show’s production team was determined to bring H.O.T. back together to close the “Totoga” series. They met each member individually and asked them to reunite only if they genuinely wished to reconnect with their fans. If so, they were invited to come to MBC’s public auditorium, the very place where the group had debuted back in 1996.
Starting with KANGTA, followed by TONY AHN, MOON HEE JOON, LEE JAE WON, and JANG WOO HYUK, all five members came together for the first time in 17 years, since their last concert on February 27, 2001.
The members, overcome with emotion, found it difficult to express their feelings. They hugged each other, still in disbelief that they were finally reunited.
That same year, they held a solo concert at the Jamsil Olympic Stadium in Seoul, followed by another in 2019 at the Gocheok Sky Dome.
