SEVENTEEN has transformed Hong Kong into a “SEVENTEEN Theme City” for a massive fan event celebrating its first solo concert in seven years.

On September 16, Pledis Entertainment announced that the offline fan experience event “CARATIA (克拉境/캐럿경),” held to celebrate the “SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] IN HONG KONG,” has kicked off across the city.
This event was organized ahead of SEVENTEEN’s concerts at Kai Tak Stadium on September 27 and 28, which are already sold out, demonstrating the group’s strong ticket power.
SEVENTEEN collaborated with private companies and local public institutions to create a citywide festival. The most notable program is the massive drone show at Wanchai Beach Park from September 25 to 27. SEVENTEEN will be the first K-pop artist to stage such a show, capturing the attention of fans and local residents alike.
Many iconic Hong Kong locations are also decorated in SEVENTEEN’s colors. Star Street is filled with sculptures of the MINITEEN characters, created with direct participation from the members, encouraging visitors to take photos. The Ngong Ping 360 cable car is covered with SEVENTEEN images, and the Aqua Luna ferry in Victoria Harbour, along with city trams, are wrapped in the concert theme.
Fourteen local hotels are offering SEVENTEEN-themed rooms. Notably, the luxury hotel The Peninsula Hong Kong collaborated for the first time with a K-pop artist since its opening, lighting up its facade in SEVENTEEN’s official colors. Online, SEVENTEEN-themed chocolates are available, and on the Star Ferry, fans can enjoy an afternoon tea set and a live performance themed around the group.
Large advertisements are displayed at the airport, in major shopping malls, and near the concert venue. At the Airside Mall, a pop-up collaboration between the lightstick character Bongbong and the plush brand TeddyTales is open. Fans can also collect stamps throughout the city to receive commemorative souvenirs.
SEVENTEEN has expanded fan experiences with “SEVENTEEN The City” in cities like Japan, Thailand, Korea, and Los Angeles, and Hong Kong continues this initiative, connecting closely with the local fandom.
Pledis Entertainment stated:
“Since SEVENTEEN is holding their first solo concert in Hong Kong in seven years, we prepared the entire city so fans could feel the festival atmosphere. We will continue to do our best to help fans feel even closer to the artists.”
