The group BLACKPINK announced on October 14 that JISOO’s solo songs have surpassed a total of one billion streams on the global music platform Spotify, according to her agency BLISOO.
JISOO has released a total of eight solo songs, including “Eyes closed”, “꽃 (Flower)”, and “Earthquake”.
The new single “EYES CLOSED”, released on October 10, entered Spotify’s “Top Songs Global” chart at No. 21.
On iTunes, the track reached No. 1 on the “Top Singles Chart” in 40 countries and also topped the “Worldwide Trending” list on YouTube Music in 74 countries.
“Eyes closed” tells the story of two wounded people who choose to fall in love again. The song features British singer Zayn, former member of One Direction.
