STRAY KIDS - SEUNGMIN
Through a statement, JYP ENTERTAINMENT announces the absence of SEUNGMIN.

As STRAY KIDS has just made its comeback and the track “Do it” is gaining momentum on the airwaves, JYP ENTERTAINMENT announces that SEUNGMIN will be absent from today’s performance on Inkigayo. The stated reason is that SEUNGMIN has pain in his foot, and the treatment he is receiving (injections) is causing him discomfort.
In order to protect the artist and allow him to be in full physical condition, the agency announced that he would not be present today and would rest for as long as necessary to recover properly.
Statement from JYP Entertainment:
“Hello, this is JYP ENTERTAINMENT.
We would like to inform you that SEUNGMIN, a member of STRAY KIDS, will not be able to participate in today’s live broadcast of Inkigayo due to treatment for inflammation in his foot.
SEUNGMIN recently felt discomfort around the area of his foot and is receiving appropriate treatment based on the medical team’s findings.
After completing today’s pre-recording, he went back to the hospital for additional medical care. During the process, he was informed that the injection treatment could cause temporary pain. Fortunately, the doctor also stated that this pain should improve quickly over time.
However, in order to ensure a fast recovery, the medical team advised that he get sufficient rest today. As a result, we made the unavoidable decision to exclude SEUNGMIN from today’s schedule. We would like to apologize to STAYs who were eagerly waiting for his appearance, and ask for your understanding.
JYP ENTERTAINMENT will prioritize the artist’s health above all else and provide everything we can to support SEUNGMIN’s swift recovery.
Thank you.”
