ITZY - YEJI
The debut solo track of ITZY member YEJI has been selected in the “2025 best Kpop” by the British media DAZED.
On December 16 (local time), the British magazine DAZED announced on its official website the selection of “The 30 best K-pop tracks of 2025”, in which the debut solo track of YEJI, “Air”, is included.
DAZED praised the song, stating:
“YEJI insuffle une énergie élégante et fluide à la synth-pop rétro grâce à son charisme unique. Le refrain, répété comme un sortilège, renforce la qualité internationale du titre, tandis que le son intense de la guitare électrique ajoute de la tension et laisse une impression nette.”
Previously, “Air” had already been selected in the “25 Best Kpop Songs of the First Half of 2025” published by Billboard in the United States, as well as in the selection “The 25 Best Kpop Songs of 2025” by the British music magazine NME, attracting attention from numerous renowned international media. “Air” is a synth-pop track driven by an addictive hook; YEJI captivated fans with lyrics she wrote herself, unique movements, and a breathtaking performance, fully proving her abilities as a solo artist.
ITZY will hold a new world tour in February 2026 titled “ITZY 3RD WORLD TOUR ‘TUNNEL VISION’”. The group will kick off the tour in grand style in Seoul at the Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Songpa District from February 13 to 15 next year.
