NOUERA will participate in the “Chromosome Family Concert” in Hong Kong on December 31, bringing 2025 to a meaningful close. For a group with less than a year since debut to stand at the center of a global year-end stage is the result of steadily accumulated achievements throughout the year.
◇ Global attention even before debut… earning the title of “Billboard rookie”
NOUERA positioned itself at the starting line by attracting interest from the global music industry even before its official debut. The group made its first appearance before music professionals from around the world after being officially invited to the “Billboard No.1s Party” held in Los Angeles, USA. It was subsequently selected as a “2025 K-POP Rookie” by Billboard and Billboard Korea, proving its presence even prior to debut. Such a trajectory is considered rare for a rookie group. Beyond being labeled merely as a promising newcomer, NOUERA drew industry attention by being recognized for its growth potential in the global market ahead of debut.
◇ 160,000 debut album sales → career high with the second release… growth proven by numbers
Album performance is the clearest indicator of NOUERA’s 2025. Their debut album “CHAPTER: NEW IS NOW,” released in February, recorded approximately 160,000 first-week sales and a cumulative total of 180,000 to 190,000 copies, signaling a stable start. The momentum did not stop there. The second mini-album “N: NUMBER OF CASES,” released in June, surpassed 200,000 first-week sales, exceeding the previous release and setting a new career high. Through these two albums, the group clearly demonstrated rapid fandom growth and expansion through tangible figures.
Digital performance was also consistent. The title track “n (number of cases)” from the second mini-album climbed to the upper ranks of TikTok Music charts, generating strong responses across global short-form platforms. Meanwhile, “BNB (Beauty and the Beast)” reached the TOP 10 of the weekly YouTube Music Shorts chart in Korea, further extending its popularity.
Through two promotional periods, NOUERA built a solid fandom and established itself as a representative of the 5th generation by winning multiple awards, including the Hot Trend Award at ASEA 2025, Best Rookie at the 2025 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards, and the Rising Star Award at the Asia Model Awards.
◇ From Asia to Europe… accelerating global fandom expansion
Throughout 2025, NOUERA expanded its activities beyond Asia into Europe. In Japan, the group participated in the large-scale festival “Kstyle PARTY” and successfully held a fan concert at KT ZEPP Yokohama, effectively expanding its local fandom.
In China, NOUERA appeared on a special live broadcast at Weibo headquarters, ranking 4th in live-stream charts, 33rd on the main chart, and entering the TOP 10 real-time searches in the entertainment category, proving its strong impact. Following its first fan meeting in Beijing in September, the group successfully concluded another fan meeting on November 29 at Shanghai Jingtan Music Hall, strengthening bonds with local NovA (the fandom name). The immediate transition to the Shanghai schedule after European promotions was seen as a reflection of the group’s priority on connecting with fans despite a demanding global schedule.
In the second half of the year, NOUERA carried out European promotions connecting Paris, France, and Barcelona, Spain. By performing on the stage of “Korea Spotlight 2025,” organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and supervised by the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA), the group met European audiences and demonstrated the growing global status of a rookie group with less than a year of experience.
◇ Reaching the global year-end stage… participation in the “Chromosome Family Concert”
Following activities in Europe, Japan, and China, NOUERA continues its global journey through the end of the year. The group will take part in the “Chromosome Family Concert” in Hong Kong on the 31st, marking the climax of 2025. The concert is a large-scale year-end event organized by Chromosome, the agency led by EXO’s LAY, bringing together affiliated artists active across Asia. Through this stage, NOUERA aims to further expand its network and presence in the global music market.
◇ A completed identity through the “boy agents” universe
NOUERA has built a differentiated identity by organically integrating its unique “boy agents” universe into its music, performances, and fan meetings.
