FNC ENTERTAINMENT will end its management of variety programs and talents as a measure to accelerate future growth within the framework of its corporate restructuring.

On January 16, FNC ENTERTAINMENT stated:
“We have had in-depth discussions with the affiliated artists and talents up until now. Following this, we will not be renewing contracts and plan to gradually wind down management activities, while continuing to provide necessary support until the end. We wish to express our deepest gratitude to all those who have worked as affiliated artists and talents at FNC ENTERTAINMENT, as well as to the fans who have offered unwavering love for many years.”
The company added: “In 2026, we plan to expand profitability and accelerate growth by focusing on our core activities such as music, actor management, and drama production. We will sustainably strengthen our core competitiveness and build a more stable and substantial corporate structure.”
FNC ENTERTAINMENT signed an exclusive contract with YOO JAESEOK in 2015 and, a year after its introduction to the KOSDAQ market, became a full-fledged entertainment company, then hosting KIM YONGMAN, JUNG HYUNDONG, NO HONGCHOL, JI SEOKJIN and others. YOO JAESEOK’s contract ended in 2021, and the other members left successively. Recently, JO WOOJUNG’s contract expired, and the contracts of his wife JUNG DAEUN and MOON SEYUN are also expected to end.
