The i-DLE member SOYEON will feature on the new track by American rapper Odetari.
Odetari posted on February 26 (Korean time) on his social media: “DONT DIE 3/11/26 with SOYEON” along with a teaser video for “DONT DIE”.
The video, created with animated characters representing the two artists, shows Odetari sending SOYEON a message via emojis announcing his upcoming visit to Korea, and SOYEON responds, thus formalizing their collaboration.
Having explored hip-hop and EDM genres, Odetari gained popularity on social media in 2023, and his track “Keep up” released the following year reached the Billboard Hot 100. SOYEON, for her part, featured on “Damdadi” by producer R.Tee last year, showing she collaborates with various musicians beyond her activities with i-DLE, raising anticipation for the synergy she will create with Odetari.
The group i-DLE, which includes SOYEON, recently successfully concluded their “2026 i-DLE WORLD TOUR [Syncopation] IN SEOUL” on the 21st and 22nd. During these performances, they presented the track “Crow” for the first time, demonstrating again the breadth of their musical spectrum and strong mastery.
The track “Dont die” featuring SOYEON will be released on streaming platforms on March 11, followed by the music video on March 12.
