On April 1, YABUKI NAKO posted several photos in a wedding dress on her social media. In these shots, she draws attention by exuding an atmosphere that is both pure and elegant, dressed in an immaculate white gown.
Her appearance, combining a voluminous dress with a tiara-style headpiece, resembles that of a real bride and has sparked strong reactions from her fans. The setting, bathed in natural light with a cityscape visible through the window, adds a professional photoshoot quality to the images.
However, it turns out that these photos are behind-the-scenes shots from a drama filming and have no connection to an actual wedding. YABUKI NAKO clarified that it was for her character, adding the message: “Here is Reina in a wedding dress, who only appears from time to time.” She also built anticipation for the premiere by adding: “Don’t miss the first episode, which marks the beginning of the turbulence.”
YABUKI NAKO has been cast as Saotome Reina in the TV Tokyo (Japan) drama titled “サレタ側の復讐〜同盟を結んだ妻たち〜 (The Revenge of the Cheated ~Wives Who Formed an Alliance~)“. This project is generating a lot of interest as it marks her first lead role in a drama series.
