The members of the group NEWJEANS, HAERIN, HYEIN, and HANNI, who have reintegrated into their agency ADOR, were spotted together abroad.
On April 14, ADOR stated: “It is correct that the members of NEWJEANS visited Copenhagen, Denmark, with the staff”. Previously, messages and photos claiming to have seen HAERIN and HYEIN in a store in Copenhagen spread on Chinese social networks and online communities. The confirmation of the three members’ trip draws attention to the possibility of a soon resumption of their activities.
NEWJEANS had suspended its activities last year due to a dispute over exclusive contracts with its agency. Subsequently, the court ruled in favor of the agency, and HAERIN, HYEIN as well as HANNI officially formalized their return to ADOR one after another. Later, MINJI and DANIELLE also expressed their intention to reintegrate into the agency, but MINJI‘s situation still remains uncertain.
ADOR notified DANIELLE of the termination of the exclusive contract and filed a lawsuit claiming 43.1 billion won in penalties and damages against DANIELLE, her family, and the former president Min Hee Jin.
