The group STRAY KIDS has established a new historical record.

According to JYP Entertainment on July 1, the mini-albums “ODDINARY” and “ATE”, released respectively in March 2022 and July 2024, have exceeded one billion cumulative streams on Spotify.
Thanks to this, STRAY KIDS reaches one billion streams with a total of six albums, adding the latter to “IN生”, “NOEASY”, “GO生” and “★★★★★ (5-STAR)”. The group thus holds the second largest number of albums to cross this milestone for a K-pop group.
“ODDINARY”, a title born from the combination of the words “Odd” (bizarre) and “Ordinary” (ordinaire), is a work that anchored their original presence with fans all over the world. For its part, “ATE” received immense love from domestic and international fans thanks to strong ambitions and high-quality music. The internal production trio of the group, 3RACHA (Bang Chan, Changbin, Han), directly worked on these opuses, thus continuing their series of musical successes.
STRAY KIDS will release their new mini-album “THIS & THAT” this coming August 7. This new opus will include the digital single “Run it”, a track that ranked 1st on the iTunes Top Songs chart in 41 regions of the world, including the United States, Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Spain, and the United Kingdom, immediately after its release.

Before the release of this new album, their world tour “Stray Kids World Tour” will begin on July 25 at the KSPO DOME in Seoul. The group will kick off this tour with a total of 5 concerts, before taking the stages of global festivals. After having captivated more than 45,000 spectators this past June at the festival “The Governors Ball Music Festival” in New York, they will perform as headliners at the festival “Rock in Rio” in Brazil in September, as well as at “STRAYCITY”, a new festival in Latin America.
