Singer SANDARA PARK is adjusting part of her Asia fan-concert tour schedule due to the expansion of the “REPRISM” project.
This is a decision made in order to present the new mini-album and concert contents with an even more perfect finish, and she is preparing for new meetings with fans.
SANDARA PARK recently released the single “REPRISM” and is leading an Asia fan-concert tour centered on it. Originally, it was planned to continue the concerts based on this single, but as the “REPRISM” project expanded to encompass a following mini-album, a new band repertoire, and even local activities in Japan, it was decided to readjust the schedule for certain regions.
Previously, SANDARA PARK announced the news of the album’s official production by revealing via her social media the process of working on the lyrics and the 6 tracks of the new mini-album “REPRISM” that she is preparing in Japan. Expectations regarding the new project are also increasing.
Advisor Hajime Taniguchi, who is participating in the project, and the local Japanese management agency expressed the opinion that it is appropriate to align the mini-album release date with the concert schedule in order to sufficiently reflect the newly prepared music and band repertoire in the performances.
The agency ARADNAS also subscribed to this and conveyed the same opinion to the organizers in each region. As a result, fan-concerts in Japan and the Philippines are preparing to be held early next year, and it was also decided to modify the schedule for Hong Kong and Macao performances to postpone them until after the mini-album release, after consultation with local organizers and promoters. As this is a decision made to increase the project’s level of finish, it is expected that she will present an even richer stage.
An official from ARADNAS stated: “This schedule adjustment is not done to reduce or interrupt concerts, but is a decision made to fully integrate onto the stage the newly prepared music and the change in SANDARA PARK,” adding: “Aware of the disappointment and inconvenience to fans who were waiting for the concerts, we will consult closely with local organizers and promoters so that follow-up announcements are made smoothly.”
The Bangkok concert will take place according to the existing schedule in accordance with discussions with the local promoter. SANDARA PARK plans to meet local fans with a setlist and configuration differentiated from the concert in Korea, and intends to present the new charm specific to the “REPRISM” project.
