연기의 성
Chef RAYMON KIM confides in all sincerity during a meal with KIM EUI SUNG and LIM HYUNG JOON, addressing spicy stories around “Culinary class wars” as well as the very real difficulties unique to a chef’s family.
In the 17th episode of “연기의 성” on VIVO TV, unveiled this July 27, a story unfolds where KIM EUI SUNG and LIM HYUNG JOON, invited to eat by the couple RAYMON KIM and KIM JI WOO, find themselves involved in an unexpected incident while spending time together.
“연기의 성” is content in which KIM EUI SUNG acts and for which LIM HYUNG JOON handles planning, directing, writing, and acting, a mockumentary that develops on the basis of 100% fictional situations.
That day, while preparing the meal, the four people naturally discuss cooking and bring “Culinary class wars” to the table. When LIM HYUNG JOON asks RAYMON KIM: “Why didn’t you appear on “Le choc des toques”?”, KIM EUI SUNG retorts: “He got eliminated in the very first episode”, triggering general laughter. KIM JI WOO adds to the ambient hilarity: “As soon as we talk about “Le choc des toques”, he becomes very sensitive, so I haven’t watched it either”.
To this is added the revelation of realistic anecdotes with which only a chef’s family can identify. KIM JI WOO confides: “Me too, just like our daughter, there are times when we want to eat delivered chicken and not the chicken made by my husband”. She continues by making the company laugh: “He insists on wanting to cook it himself, but it’s not that taste. Now, even our daughter tells him: “Dad, I want to eat delivered chicken, not the chicken you made””.
Upon hearing this, KIM EUI SUNG illustrates with a comparison: “It’s like when I used to ask my mother to make me jjajangmyeon and she prepared it for me with soybean paste”, and KIM JI WOO chimed in: “People say we are spoiled rotten, but it’s not that”, sharing the reality of a chef’s family.
Furthermore, that day, the couple RAYMON KIM invited KIM EUI SUNG and LIM HYUNG JOON to present them a meal kit menu on the verge of being supplied to a large hotel complex. However, while the meal is in full swing, an unexpected event occurs, causing the atmosphere to tip in an instant. Eyes turn toward the unexpected crisis that the couple RAYMON KIM will face and toward the variables that will disrupt their meal kit project.
