The trot singer CHOI YEJIN released a new song “오라카이” containing the Busan dialect.
CHOI YEJIN reinvented himself by publishing the new song “오라카이” on various online music sites on July 28 at noon KST.
“오라카이” is a trot dance song containing a love confession telling the person one loves not to hesitate and to come to oneself. A powerful guitar sound was added to a fast tempo retro rhythm.
CHOI YEJIN, originally from Busan, performed the song with a dialect intonation and a singing style mixed with aegyo. Lyrics on the theme of love and a repetitive melody are also included in the song.
Composer JUNG DONG JIN took charge of the composition. The producer of CHERRY GIRLS, MISTA KIM, participated in the overall production and vocal direction, and producer J MICK arranged.
CHOI YEJIN appeared in SBS’s “Trot God Is Back 2 – Last Chance”. Starting with the release of the new song, he plans to be active on television and on live stages.
