BTS: First concert in Saudi Arabia.
Group BTS organized for the first time a solo concert in a stadium in Saudi Arabia as a foreign singer.
On October 11th (local time), BTS held a concert called “LOVE YOUOURSELF: SPEAK YOUOURSELF” at King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Nearly 30,000 people took part in it.
The concert caught the attention of the world even before its debut, knowing that it will be the first BTS solo performance in the Middle East and the first event of this size for a foreign singer in Saudi Arabia.
The concert began with a scene “Dionysus” that caught the eye with a colorful decor and a solid performance. In addition to the solo songs of its members, BTS has performed a 24-hit show, including “Not today“, “Best Of Me“, “Boy With Luv“, “Idol“, “Fake Love” and “MIC Drop” .
The fans who joined the concert applauded the frenzied stages of BTS. This adding to the warmth of the three hour long performance, waving the lightsticks, “Army bomb”, singing the titles in Korean. BTS responded to fans’ enthusiasm by expressing its thoughts and gratitude for the performance in Arabia.
In addition, the Saudi stadium concert was broadcasted live in the world via Naver V Live. Fans from all over the world shared historical moments while watching BTS stages in different regions.
After successfully completing the concert in Saudi Arabia, BTS said: “Today is the venue of the long-awaited festival for fans, and thanks to the Army for making this moment, something incredible. know that you give us so much love and support from so far, we’ve taken a new step today and we’ll keep it forever, and we thank our fans around the world for appreciating this live performance.”.
BTS will organize “LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF [THE FINAL]” for three days at Jamsil Olympic Main Stadium in Seoul on October 26th, 27th and 29th, and will close this great LOVE YOURSELF tour that started in August of last year..
