BTS: the movie’s release postponed in South Korea

Group BTS’ fourth film “BREAK THE SILENCE: THE MOVIE” (director Park Joon Soo) will temporarily postpone its release in Korea due to the spread of new coronavirus infections.

Regarding the release of the movie “BREAK THE SILENCE: THE MOVIE” in Korea, via fan community Weverse on September 2nd, Big Hit Entertainment said: “Currently, the massive infection of Covid-19 in the metro area of Seoul will temporarily delay the film’s release. The Korean release date was scheduled for September 10.”

The agency said, “After the massive Covid-19 outbreak in Korea subsides, we will let you know in detail the release schedule in September,” adding, “As for overseas, the publication will be carried out according to the schedule previously published and according to the situation of each country and region.

BREAK THE SILENCE: THE MOVIE” is an emotionally-filled documentary about the human aspects and stories of BTS members behind the scenes, from a Korean singer’s first performance to the #1 monthly box-score of the Billboard, in the middle of a hot stadium tour.
