MINPYO member of the group B.I.G decided not to renew his contract, leaving the group.

The contract of MINPYO, GOOK MINPYO of his real name, rapper of the group B.I.G, with his agency GH ENTERTAINMENT ended on March 31, 2021. The singer decided not to renew it and thus to leave his group B.I.G. GH ENTERTAINMENT issued the following statement regarding his departure:
“Hello, this is GH Entertainment,
First of all we want to express our gratitude to the fans who support B.I.G, and we send you this unfortunate news.
As of March 31, 2021, GOOK MINPYO’s contract with GH Entertainment will be terminated. After discussion, we have decided not to renew the contract respecting the opinion of GOOK MINPYO.
In the future, B.I.G will continue its activities with 4 members: J-HOON, GUNMIN, HEEDO and JINSEOK.
We would like to apologise for causing concern to the fans with the sudden news. We wish MINPYO a new future, and we ask you to continue supporting and loving B.I.G. members.

MINPYO joined B.I.G as lead rapper in 2014 alongside J-HOON, BENJI, GUNMIN and HEEDO. He was revealed to the public with B.I.G‘s debut single “Hello“, in which he made a great impression with his powerful rap.
Passionate about art and drawing, the singer often posts his works on his instagram account. He even said he wanted to become an illustrator if he wasn’t an idol.
