Rookie group XODIAC has announced its candidacy as the “Rookie monster” who will represent K-pop.
On December 22, the group’s agency XODIAC released a pictorial, after the group was selected as the cover model for Star & Style Magazine at Style.
Members LEX, BEOMSOO, and SING expressed their feelings and resolve ahead of their debut. In this photoshoot, they caught the eye with their refreshing charm, maximizing the image of refreshing idols based on a sophisticated style.
Regarding his feelings before his debut, theleader LEX said, “I train every day for the first stage that I have always dreamed of.” BEOMSOO said, “I feel indescribable because I think there isn’t much time left before I realize my unexpected dream,” and SING said, “I’m very excited and nervous. I’m trying to show you a great first step, so look forward to it.”
As a multinational group, LEX said, “It’s really amazing that there is support in different languages in the comments of the cover videos. Regarding XODIAC’s charm points, which differ from other idols, leader LEX said, “We can realize different concepts through different units. It is a multinational group with members from Hong Kong, China , Indonesia, and Korea, so we can show various aspects.“
